Kein Widerrufsrecht bei digitalen Tickets!

Gemäß § 356 Abs. 5 BGB besteht kein Widerrufsrecht bei Verträgen zur Lieferung von digitalen Inhalten, wenn die Ausführung des Vertrags bereits begonnen hat und der Verbrauchende ausdrücklich zugestimmt hat, dass er sein Widerrufsrecht mit Beginn der Ausführung verliert.

Da es sich bei unseren Tickets um digitale Inhalte handelt, die nach dem Kauf personalisiert und sofort verfügbar sind, entfällt das Widerrufsrecht nach § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB.

Mit dem Kauf eines Tickets bestätigst du, dass du zur sofortigen Ausführung des Vertrags zustimmst und auf dein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht verzichtest.

No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Tickets!

According to § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts involving the delivery of digital content, once the performance of the contract has begun and the consumer has expressly agreed to the loss of the right of withdrawal.

As our tickets are classified as digital content, personalized immediately after purchase and made available right away, the right of withdrawal is excluded under § 312g (2) No. 9 BGB.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you agree to the immediate execution of the contract and waive your legal right of withdrawal.
